Pack the item — Place the product securely in its original packaging. Include all tags and accessories.
Ship it back — Use the prepaid shipping label we provide. Drop it off at your nearest postal service.
Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Just email us at hello@livehappypet.com with your order number and the new address as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, unfortunately we cannot modify the delivery address.
